Padmakunvarba General Hospital operates a round-the-clock clinical laboratory as part of its district-level diagnostic services. The laboratory supports OPD, IPD, emergency, surgical, obstetric, and dialysis departments with timely test results essential for patient care.

As a district hospital, PKG provides laboratory investigations specified under the Government of Gujarat and National Health Mission guidelines. All essential diagnostic tests for in-patients and out-patients are available free of cost.
